Swiss Investor League: Long-term Portfolio Night
Markets, macroeconomics and investment ideas. Bring a chart, nominate an asset or join the discussion.
An evening to discuss the economy, exchange investment ideas and spend some time understanding what is behind them.
We’ll begin with a look at macroeconomics and geopolitics. I’ll prepare a few topics for discussion, and we’ll consider how current developments could affect different markets, sectors and assets.
After that, anyone who would like to can briefly introduce an investment idea. It could be a stock, a commodity or another asset you think deserves a closer look.
The evening
- Arrivals: Ten minutes to settle in.
- 30-second introductions: your name and investing interests.
- Macro discussion: The economy, geopolitics and markets.
- Your ideas: One-minute nominations, then one hour reviewing five selected assets, their charts and risks.
- Afterwards: Networking.
Bring an idea if you have one. A chart or source is helpful, and you’re welcome to bring a laptop. You can also join simply to listen and ask questions.
Would you like to present?
If you’d like to contribute to the macro discussion or share an investment idea, contact me on WhatsApp: Contact Alessandro on WhatsApp ↗
Send me the topic or asset, a short explanation and any useful charts or sources so I can prepare. You can still nominate an asset on the evening; I’ll choose five for the group analysis.
Registration
Free entry. Please register before attending. Food and drinks are purchased separately.
